We are on the corner of S King street and Keeaumoku, upstairs on the 2nd floor. We recommend to use google maps, the free parking lot is accessible from King Street and located behind the building. Our door to come upstairs is from the parking lot, on the right side of the building.

Your appointment is important to us and we kindly ask you to arrive at all your appointments on time or 5-10 minutes early just in case. If you are a new client, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill our new clients form out.

We allow a maximum 10 minute grace period. If you arrive later, your appointment will be considered MISSED and you are responsible for the 100% of your service charge.

Yes, we do have FREE parking behind the building which is accessible from Keeaumoku or King street. Parking is busiest between 11-3pm. We do not recommend using sugar scrubs, exfoliating gloves, or other forms of mechanical exfoliation on the Brazilian area.

Try to avoid working out for 48 hours post-wax, as sweating can irritate your skin. Minimize activity, as sweating can carry bacteria into the pores and irritate the skin after waxing. Keep the area as dry and cool as possible for the fastest healing.

Taking antibiotics or topical acne medications—including Accutane, Differin, Retin A, prednisone, or corticosteroids—can make the skin more sensitive and increase the risk of skin lifting or irritation.

For this reason, we do not wax the face while you are using these medications. However, waxing the body is generally considered safe since the skin is thicker in those areas.

It is very important that you inform your technician if you are currently taking any of these medications before your appointment.

It is safe to wax during pregnancy, and we provide waxing services up to 38 weeks. We strongly recommend maintaining a regular waxing routine throughout your pregnancy if you choose to continue. For the best comfort and results, it’s not advised to schedule your very first waxing appointment right before giving birth.

Eyebrow tinting is best for clients who have significant eyebrow hair but is too light (blonde) or grey. We color the eyebrow hair with an eyebrow hair dye, and the tinting stays until the hair falls (about 1 month). New growth hairs will be your natural hair color.

Tinting still looks amazing for individuals who already have dark eyebrows because staining the skin as well, which provides a fuller look. Unfortunately, tinting on the skin only lasts for 3-14 days depending on the skin type.

No, please do not trim your hair to avoid being too short. If trimming is necessary, your esthetician will take care of it.

DO NOT pick, scratch, or squeeze, and avoid touching the area—especially with unclean hands.
